Web App: The small Web Application is to demonstrate how a small, medium or large business can access, share and manipulate company data over an Internet connection. Please feel free to leave your name or any name on this application. Included is a module that will calculate a mortgage. It is for you to try and play with at your convenience.

Client/Server: The small "Thin Client" demonstration is how a small, medium or large business can access, share and manipulate company data over an Internet connection using Client/Server Technology. Please read about it so you understand just how our Client/Server apps work. Feel free to download our client demo (627 kb) and try our remote version of this demo. The data is for you to play with.

NOTE: If you are a business computer behind a NETWORK FIREWALL / ROUTER, you must have TCP port 12300 open. USS is using this port to demonstrate it's Client/Server programs. If you cannot access these programs, check with your Network Administrator to open port 12300 so you may try our demos. The Web Application are using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. You may install the certificate when asked or just press the OK button for the section.

You can run this web application just as fast or faster then you browse the internet. This is a simple web application just to demonstrate the flexibility of having your own web application. Manipulate the data as wish. This version has some background images if you wish cosmetic features on your web applications.
